Personalize these velcro baseball caps for your next event, promotion or as store merchandise. Awesome for businesses, concert apparel, outdoor events and much more, they’re made with 100% cotton, 100% polyester & 100% Acrylic, feature a curve-bill and velcro adjustable closure. These custom caps have a 6-panel structure with sewn-finish eyelets to promote breathability at the crown during hot days. We offer a variety of solid colors to choose from such as black, gray, navy blue, red, royal blue and white.

Once you've placed your order, send an email to with the following information:

Your Order Number
  • Color of shirts you want (Black or White?)
  • Artwork Dimensions (What size do you want your graphic printed?)
  • Placement (How far down from the neck collar would you like the graphic to start?)
Artwork settings for best results:
  • Created at 150 to 300 dpi resolution (300 preferred).
  • Transparent background.
  • Adobe .PDF, Adobe Illustrator .AI or full resolution .PNG files are the best.
  • Send to us at full print size (Please design on a 14"X16" or 16"X20" canvas at 300 dpi with an actual print size no larger than 16x20inches).
Additional Information:
  • Print dimensions are limited to 14"X16" or 16"X20".
  • Production time is 4-7 business days after all information has been provided and confirmed.
  • Once we've received all of your information, we will reach out with a mockup image that approximates what your printed t-shirts will look like. Once approved, we will begin production!
Neck Labels:
  • Let us know if you'd like to include printed neck labels with your logo! We'll reach out for your logo and set them up for you. There is an additional charge of $3 per shirt to do this.

  • You can choose shipping options when you check out.
  • If you order before 12:00 PM (PST), we can ship same day. Otherwise, we will ship within next business day except for weekends and US holidays.

  • USPS First-Class Mail (3-10 Business Days**) 


  • We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at the time that your order is processed.
  • If there are out of stock items, you should be able to see 'out' on the items on invoice.
  • And you should receive a refund within 1-2 business days (we will also refund shipping difference).

If 10 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  For items below $99, we suggest USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
