Accepted File Types
- Vector: EPS, AI, PDF
- Raster: TIFF, JPG (300 DPI required for digitized artwork)
- Digitized Files: DST or EMB (if you already have embroidery-ready artwork)
Maximum Thread Colors
Up to 8 colors
Options include Regular, Multi-Color, Neon, and Metallic threads
Special Instructions
For the best embroidery results, please follow these guidelines:
- Avoid gradients, shading, transparency, distressed effects, and similar design elements.
- Minimum recommended text height: 0.25" (approximately 24 pt at final size).
- Details below 1mm may not stitch accurately and can result in closed gaps or distorted artwork.
