**HOW OUR FULFILLMENT WORKS**
  1. Register Your Account
    Complete our onboarding form to register your store with EON.
  2. Connect Your Store (Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, API)
    After registration, you will receive an invitation email to access our Order Desk system.
    ✔ This login is completely free.
    You will never be charged for Order Desk.
    Your access is provided under EON Company’s fulfillment plan.
    Through Order Desk, you can link your store to EON.
    Only the products that you tag for EON Fulfillment will sync into our system.
  3. Orders Automatically Sync
    Once your store is connected, all new orders automatically flow into our production dashboard.
    **No manual uploads. No spreadsheets.**
  4. Production Begins
    DTG: 2 to 7 business days
    DTF: 1 to 3 business days
    Embroidery: 2 to 4 week business days
  5. Quality Control Inspection
    Every item is carefully inspected through our QC process before shipping.
  6. Direct Shipping and Automatic Tracking Updates
    We ship the completed order directly to your customer and automatically sync tracking back to your store.
PRICING STRUCTURE (HOW BILLING WORKS)

EON Fulfillment operates on a **production-based pricing model** you only pay when an order is produced and shipped.

1. **WHAT YOU PAY FOR**

  • ✅ **Production fee (per item)**
    Based on decoration method (DTG, DTF, Embroidery) and order details
  • ✅ **Shipping cost**
    Charged only when an order ships
  • ✅ **Optional services**
    Digitizing for embroidery, special packaging, relabeling, or rush production (if requested)

2. **WHAT YOU DO *NOT* PAY FOR**

  • ❌ No monthly subscription fee to use EON Fulfillment
  • ❌ No storage or warehousing fees
  • ❌ No inventory holding costs
  • ❌ No minimum order volume requirement **(DTG & DTF only, Embroidery orders require a minimum quantity )**

3. **HOW PAYMENTS WORK**

  • - You collect payment from your customer on your store as usual
  • - EON receives the order, produces the items, and ships directly to your customer
  • - Production and shipping fees are billed per order (or via a prepaid balance, if preferred)

    This structure gives you **clear margins with no hidden costs**, so you always know how your business is making money.

WHAT WE DON’T DO

To prevent confusion and ensure clarity:

  • We do not store inventory
  • We do not offer warehousing
  • We do not receive or manage external products
  • We are not a 3PL warehouse
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • Do I have to pay for Order Desk?
    No. Access is free. EON covers the subscription cost.
  • Do all my products sync automatically?
    No. Only products you tag for EON Fulfillment will sync.
  • Can I sell other products that EON does not fulfill?
    Yes. Non tagged products remain untouched and are not sent to us.
  • Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
    Yes — embroidery orders have a minimum order requirement; DTG/DTF do not.
