Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Packaging must be intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
All returns must be shipped directly to Eon Company Group.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Personal care items

  • Opened media (CD, DVD, software, vinyl, etc.)

  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective)


4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Books with signs of use

  • Opened media items

  • Damaged or missing parts not caused by us

  • Returns received after 30 days


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within standard processing times.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not posted:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

7. Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.


8. Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items only.

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you may receive a gift credit.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.


10. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance.
