Required Registration Information

To register as a wholesale buyer, please provide the following details:

• Company Name
• Recipient’s Name
• Shipping Address
• Contact Information (Email)
• Sellers Permit

Note: To access exclusive volume discounts and real-time inventory updates, buyers must be registered and have at least one completed purchase (minimum of 2 dozen) in our system.

Ordering & Payment

• Minimum Order: 2 dozen (24 units) per order. You may mix colors within the same style.
• Pricing: Wholesale pricing is displayed on our site. However, for large orders, final totals may be adjusted. Please screenshot your shopping cart and email it to us for a final quote.
• Payment Deadline: Payment must be received within 24 hours after your order is confirmed and packed. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled to maintain inventory for other customers.
• Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards and Zelle. Full payment is required to secure your items.

Shipping & Pickup

• Shipping: We primarily ship via UPS. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Pickup: Local pickup is available at our Downtown LA office during business hours.
• Third-Party Shipping: Buyers may arrange their own shipping carriers if preferred.

Customization Services (One-Stop Shop)

Unlike standard wholesalers, we offer on-site professional customization using our Barudan and Tajima multi-head embroidery machines, as well as DTF and DTG printing. Save time and shipping costs by having your wholesale order decorated right here.

Large Order Discounts

• Orders of 18 dozen (216 units) or more may qualify for additional volume discounts.
• Contact us directly to discuss custom pricing for bulk or recurring contract orders.
