Tiny details that are below 9PT are too small to be transferred correctly onto the garment. You can fix by adding a stroke or outline around the small details to make them thicker.
Transparent or translucent gradient IS NOT recommended, transparency of 30-40% will start to break and create jagged edges.
UV DTF is an amazing new printing method which follows on from DTF (direct to film) – where regular DTF is aimed at the garment, fabric and textile printing markets UV DTF will enable customization of almost any product that features a rigid surface that is either flat or single radius curved.
UV DTF print transfers can be applied directly to any rigid, none porous material including, but not limited:
