Garment & artwork guidelines
- Clean, new or like-new garments. Cotton, polyester and blends work best.
- Artwork: vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or transparent PNG at 300 DPI, sized to your actual print size.
- Extra garments: please bring 2 extra garments, or about 3% extra, with every order.
Questions before you order?
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Orders of 1–11 pieces are a flat $30 per piece for the first print location. Volume pricing starts at 12 pieces.
How fast is the turnaround?
1–3 business days after we receive your garments and confirm your artwork.
Can I rush my order?
Yes. Rush service adds 50% and is confirmed when we review your order.
Can you buy the garments for me?
No. Please bring or ship your own garments — that keeps your cost down and your sizes exact.
What file should I send?
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) or a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the actual print size.
Do you offer pickup and shipping?
Yes. Pick up at our Los Angeles shop, or we can ship your finished order to you. Shipping is charged at actual cost.
