We offer custom apparel, embroidery, DTF transfers, DTG printing, and related services.
Due to variations in monitors, materials, and production methods, final products may differ slightly from online previews.

All custom orders are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required for all custom or bulk orders.
Production begins only after the deposit is received.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to order pickup or shipment.

Wholesale Price Update:
Effective January 2026, all wholesale prices will increase by 10%.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

5. Turnaround Time

All turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, complexity, or approval delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customer file issues, or late approvals.

6. Artwork Requirements

Customers must provide high-resolution artwork.
By uploading files, you confirm that you have the right to use the artwork.

We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution or incorrect file formats.

7. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
All payments must be made in full before products are released.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final.
Cancellations cannot be made once production begins.
Claims for defects must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving products.

We may request photos or returned items before providing a resolution.
