We specialize in DTG (Direct-to-Garment), DTF (Direct-to-Film), Embroidery, and full
product-based fulfillment.
Our Los Angeles facility provides consistent quality and reliable turnaround for brands of all sizes.
02. How Our Fulfillment Works
1. Register your account.
2. Connect your store (Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, API).
3. Orders auto-sync into our production dashboard.
4. Production begins:
A. DTG: 2–7 business days
B. DTF: 1–3 business days
C. Embroidery: 2-4 Week business days
5. After production is completed, every item is carefully inspected through our QC process.
6. We ship directly to your customer and send tracking back to your store automatically.
03. Production Requirements
Artwork Requirements:
300 DPI recommended
PNG, TIFF, AI, PSD, PDF
Transparent background for DTG/DTF
Embroidery: EMB, or high-resolution artwork
Avoid gradients/shading for embroidery
Print Areas:
Tees/Hoodies: Up to 15.5 × 20 inches
Embroidery sizing follows standard cap & garment frame limits
04. Shipping & Label Rules
1. Shipping Label Options:
You provide labels
We generate labels at carrier rate (USPS / UPS)
2.Shipping Origin:
Los Angeles, CA 90015
Invalid or incomplete addresses place the order on hold until corrected.
05. Billing & Payment
We support Stripe, Credit/Debit Card, and ACH (upon approval).
Full payment is required before production begins.
Failed or pending payments automatically place orders on hold.
06. Turnaround Time
DTG: 2–7 business days
DTF: 1–3 business days
Embroidery: 2–4 Week business days
**Large orders or peak season may require additional time.**
07. Reprint & Replacement Policy
We reprint at no charge for the following:
Wrong item produced
Incorrect design printed or Embroidery
Production damage
Quality below standard
**Not covered**:
Low-quality artwork provided by the client
Incorrect customer-submitted files
Design or spelling errors from the client
